We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team goals. Identify new business opportunities with B2B and B2C clients. Maintain and grow relationships with key partners: travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients. Coordinate with marketing and operations to align campaigns and product offerings. Track sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and analyze trends. Attend travel expos, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the travel industry. Strong understanding of travel products, destinations, and seasonal trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with GDS systems is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed.
